1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GBHO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GBHO provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for nonprofit organizations, including website building, membership management, event management, donation processing, and CRM capabilities.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Tenant Responsibilities

Organizations creating a tenant on the platform are responsible for all content published on their subdomain, compliance with applicable laws, and the actions of their administrators and members.

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Refund policies are governed by the specific plan terms.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Harvest or collect information about other users without consent

7. Intellectual Property

The GBHO platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by GBHO. Content you upload remains your property, but you grant us a license to host and display it as part of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBHO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
